Shipping Policy

NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES:

All United States orders are shipped within 3 business days via UPS Ground. Shipping is FREE on all camera orders* and if you are within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory orders must be shipped by 2nd Day Air, at your cost, as Ground service is unavailable to these areas. Cost for 2nd Day Air is usually $17.50. This charge is not automatically calculated with your online order; therefore, it will be added to your order upon processing.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and will be added to your order. Requests for faster shipping will ship by the requested method within three days. Please note in the comment section if you would like to upgrade your shipping when checking out, as upgraded shipping is not automatically calculated, and must be requested. Cost for upgrade in shipping is as follows:

UPS Next Day Air - $35.00 - $50.00 (depending on weight and size)
UPS 2nd Day Air - $17.50 - $30.00 (depending on weight and size)
Saturday Delivery for the above services is $12.00, in addition to the above shipping charges. Not available for Ground service. May not be available in your area.

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

* If you are purchasing accessories only, and the total order is under $50.00, you will be charged $6.50 for UPS Ground shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. You should receive this email in the afternoon or early evening on the day your order ships. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number.

BroadNet Technologies  exclusively ships using only UPS, therefore, all orders will ship via UPS. We have had much success with UPS, and will continue using them as our main source of shipping. We are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.

For money order or check orders, please be sure to include the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable) in your payment.
